QUẢN LÝ MUA HÀNG - GROUP CATEGORIES2.1 Quản lý nguồn cung hàng hóa (Sourcing):- Quy hoạch, xây dựng chiến lược nguồn cung hàng hóa (Nội địa/Nhập khẩu, Vùng/Miền)- Xây dựng kế hoạch & tổ chức triển khai tìm nguồn cung ứng hàng hóa: tìm kiếm, đánh giá, lựa chọn, phân loại Nhà cung cấp- Đàm phán hoặc chỉ đạo/hướng dẫn cấp dưới đảm phán chốt hợp đồng, các điều khoản thương mại (trading term, các khoản hỗ trợ ngân sách event/ khuyến mãi với Nhà cung cấp, thuê mướn...).
