Quản lý, điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động hàng ngày của Phòng giao dịch:- Kết hợp với Giám đốc chi nhánh nhằm đảm bảo hoạt động bán hàng hiệu quả và chất lượng phục vụ khách hàng. Tổ chức & mở rộng hoạt động dịch vụ khách hàng cá nhân; Xây dựng, triển khai chiến lược thu hút khách hàng.- Tổ chức, triển khai, phê duyệt, quản lý chung các nghiệp vụ tại Phòng giao dịch.- Phê duyệt tín dụng trong phạm vi thẩm quyền.3. Quản lý Nhân sự thuộc Phòng giao dịch:- Giao chỉ tiêu cho CBNV theo quy định; Đánh giá hoàn thành công việc; Đề xuất và tham gia vào qui trình tuyển dụng, bổ nhiệm, luân chuyển, khen thưởng, chế độ, phúc lợi, đào tạo theo thẩm quyền...- Phê duyệt và hỗ trợ các vấn đề liên quan theo thẩm quyền

Trực tiếp thực hiện công tác chuẩn bị đầu tư dự án, làm việc với Sở/Ban/Ngành các thủ tục pháp lý liên quan đến dự án: Thủ tục chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư, thủ tục lập quy hoạch, thủ tục lập báo cáo nghiên cứu khả thi, thiết kế xây dựng, thủ tục đất đai, giải phóng mặt bằng, các thủ tục xin giao đất .… đến khi bàn giao dự án cho Công ty dự án hoặc Ban quản lý dự án.Lập tiến độ chi tiết các công việc cần triển khai của dự án và thực hiện quản lý tiến độ đạt mục tiêu.Thiết lập, xây dựng, duy trì và phát triển mối quan hệ với các cơ quan quản lý Nhà nước, cơ quan chính quyền địa phươngThường xuyên liên hệ với các sở ban ngành để cập nhật thông tin về các Luật, Nghị định, Thông tư, Quyết định liên quan đến lĩnh vực đầu tư.Tham gia công tác phát triển dự án mới tại địa phương, tìm hiểu quy hoạch, đánh giá hồ sơ pháp lý cho các dự án phát triển mới.Rà soát pháp lý tài sảnHỗ trợ soạn thảo & kiểm tra hợp đồngTư vấn pháp lý và các thủ tục liên quan

Bạn sẽ tham gia phát triển các tính năng mới và bảo trì, nâng cấp các tính năng hiện tại cho hệ thống thương mại điện tử có tới 20 triệu users của tập đoàn Nitori Holdings. Dự án sẽ phù hợp với ứng viên mong muốn làm việc với các dự án/hệ thống lớn, có độ phức tạp cao về nghiệp vụ và technical. Techstack của dự án: Java spring boot/Angular/AWS/AZure Tham gia vào tất cả các khâu trong quá trình phát triển phần mềm: tìm hiểu yêu cầu, phân tích, thiết kế cơ bản, thiết kế chi tiết, lập trình, kiểm thử, nghiên cứu công nghệ mới; Khắc phục sự cố, phân tích và đề xuất điều chỉnh phần mềm để cải thiện hiệu suất hoặc khả năng bảo trì; Tạo tài liệu kỹ thuật để tham khảo và báo cáo trong tương lai; Các nhiệm vụ khác từ người quản lý.

1. Design And Implementation- Define the configuration for the database implementation within the organization. This shall include proper sizing and the detail requirement on parameters, file location, etc.- Determine and monitor the capacity and utilization of databases and corresponding hardware.- Determine the upgrade path for over utilized databases and corresponding hardware.- Verify the justification of the database requirement from vendors for their solution installing in the company.- Implement the design in professional manner.- Ensure zero data loss by proper backup/recovery mechanism design.- Ensure the database facilities operating and recovery within the agreed SLA.- Determine the best approach for system protection requirement such as load balancing, failover, remote site protection, etc.- Determine the risks in database facilities and the resolution to rectify the risks 2. Operation Support- Perform any database cleansing ensuring the health working environment.- Implement ETL, clean up and transform external data to fit the desired format, efficiently importing large volumes of data extracted from multiple systems into a data warehouse environment.- Determine the effectiveness of the restoration for the database by the backup data.- Determine/define the mechanism for the monitoring of the performance & exceptions of the database facilities.- Determine/define the mechanism on detecting any issues happening in the database facilities in the campus.- Rectify the issues immediately if happening.- Perform user administrative activities on database level but not included user administration on application level.- Define/design the operation reports required to summaries the status of the database facilities for management. This shall include the utilization vs capacity, rate of availability, issues, etc. 3. Security & Authentication- Determine potential weaknesses of the database software and the company’s overall system.- Determine how to protect the database facilities.- Implement best practices to minimize security risks.- Set up access policy according to the company’s role matrix to control who has access and what type of access they are allowed.- Set up audit policy.- Consult audit logs in the case of a security breach or irregularity. 4. Documentation & Version Control- Document the design of the database facilities with the detail of diagram, system parameters and requirement, protection mechanism, and other related material as well as its historical changes becoming part of the IT Architecture Dossier.- Prepare the documents keep the latest and historical information of the facilities becoming part of the inventory control of the department.- Maintain the configuration document for each facility keeping the latest configuration parameter, historical changes on parameters in each device, and the method of changing the parameter becoming part of the- Configuration Control and Version Control within the department- Prepare the operation guide for each facility.
