1. Performs the workflow in the outlet to ensure efficiency and excellent service.
2. Mixes ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
3. Engages in suggestive selling.
4. Sets the example by adhering to all rules and regulations set by the management.
5. Follows standard operation procedures.
6. Works with team members and offers help when needed.
7. Must be gully familiar with the operation of the outlet, corrects procedures and duties of subordinates.
8. Has a thorough knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
9. Ensures to meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol and tobacco products.
10. Determines when a customer has had too much alcohol.
11. Cleans up after customers and clean work area, and reset an necessary.
12. Orders and maintains liquor and bar supplies.
13. Successfully performs opening and closing procedures established for the assigned outlet.
14. Being knowledgeable to operate the existing POS system based on the trained responsibility level as assigned in the department.
15. Be able to lead the service and act as a role model to the team.
16. Shows an interest to develop and explore the local bar culture and knowing the places to go.
17. Be able to run a bar from A – Z with all mise en place preparations, production of cocktails, cashiering as well as shift end duties.
18. Arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
19. Serves customers in a friendly and helpful manner of following MHI procedures and standards.
20. Monitors and maintains an inventory of supplies.
21. Performs all other essential duties as assigned by the Superiors.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 1 year in hotels/ resorts in the same position.
- English: basic communication skill
