Why we’re looking for:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions
As a Business Analyst, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to analyze and define business requirements, contribute to the development of strategic initiatives, and ensure the successful implementation of a product.
You’ll do:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of their needs, objectives, and challenges
- Improvement and Documentation:
- Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement
- Create detailed and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and ensure the validation of implemented solutions.
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, is preferred.

- Salary range: Negotiate
- Performance review: 2 times per year.
- Yearly Salary Package: 13th-month salary bonus + Performance bonus: up to 3 months.

- Flexible working time:
- Morning: 8:00 am -12:00 pm (check in from 8:00 am to 8:45 am)
