Senior Sales Executives is the key point of contact between Furama Resort Danang and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products. His/her work includes organizing sales visits, demonstrating and presenting products/services of Furama Resort Danang to its client in Hanoi. Furthermore, sales executive will coordinate with sales offices in Danang/HCMC and all departments of the hotel in developing and updating new products/services, handling proposals and maintaining business relationship with clients.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
· Research and analyze sales options.
· Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommend solutions.
· Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
· Provide feedback of clients to direct supervisors/DOS/EAM and react with response on time.
· Research and recommend new opportunities.
· Recommend profit and service improvements.
· Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
· Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
· Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; review professional publications.
· Establish personal networks; benchmark state-of-the-art practices; participate in professional societies.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Makes weekly sales report and monthly market overview by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
· Compose proposals/contracts/confirmations to clients
· Build up good relationship with sales person in Hanoi’s hotels.
· Participate in sales trips/sales blitz and/or other campaigns/activities of sales & marketing department.

- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in Sales and Hospitality.
