- Help maintaining a healthy average food check
- Increase Guest Data Base of all F&B outlets
- A role model in grooming and professional demeanor, being an ambassador for PVDR’s Food & Beverage Division
- Maintain great guest relations and ensure guests become and remain loyal to Fairmont Chengdu
- Responsible to call back every organizer from all groups larger than 10 guests in the main restaurant of the previous day to enquire on satisfaction and invites back. A written record will be created and maintained
- Will be personally present for VIP arrivals and important company bookings, especially when booked by herself
- Responsible to organize that every guest in the data base is contacted monthly, e.g. through monthly newsletters, guest call back, mail outs
- Maintains a great relationship and daily communication with all hostess teams, managers and Culinary teams of the hotel
- Support driving Marketing & PR initiatives for all F&B outlets.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services & outlets, hotel services/features and hours of operation
- Handles restaurant reservations as required on conjunction with the hostess teams of the hotel
- Will be available to assist hostess and service team on busy days as assigned
- Handle guest complains by following instant pacification procedures ensuring guest satisfaction
- Provide administrative support and prepare business guest communications in conjunction with the Outlet Managers when necessary
- Create and maintain a record of guest preferences and ensure they are communicated
- Handles special tasks as assigned by the F&B Director (e.g. Special promotions and programs in the outlets etc.)
- Attend designated meetings. (Daily F&B Meeting, F&B Marketing Meeting, Weekly Operations Meeting, Sales Meetings where required)
- Keeps record and proof of incremental revenue achieved through her/his position
- Responsible to organize and drive pre-sale and season sales of the yearly program of the hotel in conjunction with the Restaurant Managers and Director of F&B
- Creates and submits a monthly report to the Director of F&B

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and other relevant computer applications required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field
- 5 years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
