Mô Tả Công Việc
- Assist and support management and the executive team in managing and resolving Human Resources task and issues.
- Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.
- Advise on proper interviewing and recruiting methods
- Monitor the budgeting headcount.
- Carry out the pre-selection interview or testing to ensure that candidates are suitable according to the necessary job requirements.
- Build a positive relationship with all candidates and inform them on their recruitment status by phone, email, or letter.
- Keep contact with respective managers to ensure the preparation all required documentation related to the hiring/promotion/transfer of every new associate including expatriate associates.
- Create and update personnel files of the new employees and key into Human Resources Information Systems.
- Orient and train new employees on Human Resources processes, programs, policies, information systems, etc.
- Monitor the labor legislation and company policies to implement required changes to keep the recruitment process compliant
- Follow all company procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Build and maintain quality working relationship with others, respond to employee concerns and support team to reach common goals.
- Carry out additional requests from Director of Human Resources and Hotel Management.

- Graduated College, University
- Minimum 3 years of equivalent position experience
- Prefer experience with pre opening
- Flexible shift work
- Good English
