- Design and communicate to their staff the strategic lines to achieve the greatest occupancy with the best rates.
- Establish and supervise the staff responsibilities in the different shifts, and ensure that the staffs follow the standard procedures
- Verify in the system the correct charge of the different rates according to the type of customers, and applying the hotel invoicing correctly and trying to maximize the profitability
- Manage the Log book daily and ensure all cases are followed up and closed effectively.
- Study and analyse the competence and market trends
- Assure the correct implementation of new policies and products from the Head Office
- Review the booking and rates, maintaining contact with Key accounts and other guests of the hotel
- Collaborate with all reports (Budget, Business Plan, Forecast, etc.) regarding with the operative and economic management of the hotel.
- Manage the selection, training and development of the front office staff, within Human Resources and Product Quality policies.
- Analyze quality index and customers’ comments to establish actions of improvement
- Direct, coach and manage Guest Relations Team to ensure all standards and operating procedures are adhered to
- Respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction
- Other tasks assigns by manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Fluent English skills, and a second foreign language is an advantage (better if it meets the hotel’s requirements, particulary Korean, Japanese, Chinese, French…).
• 3-year experiences in a similar position in hotels with same category
