- Assist the GM to direct and monitor the implementation of the work, working plan has been approved.
- Receive, review almost documents from all departments for comments to the GM for approval.
- Communication of the GM to the relevant departments and receiving feedback to the GM.
- Prepare, arrange working schedules, meetings of the GM with other departments, clients and partners.
- Translating, interpreting, assisting the GM in domestic and foreign affairs, dealing with relevant authorities when assigned.
- Record the meeting minutes, record and summarize the content of the meetings.
- Manage and archive company records and other regulations in accordance with the Working Regulations and internal management regulations.
- Handle and resolve issues arising and promptly report to the GM on matters beyond their control.
- Perform other duties as required by the GM.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Languages.
- Have knowledge and experience in corporate governance, one year in administrative experience.
- Good English, fluent in office.
- Agile, attentive, careful, confident.
- Ability to work independently, reporting.
