• Assist Assistant MarCom Manager to manage hotel’s social media content and responses, thinks of new ideas such as contests, weekly posts to keep up all social media platforms of the hotel.
• Develop visual content and support in developing social media (Facebook, Instagram…) strategies. Keep tracks, follow up and record social media activities for reports and review purposes.
• Understand, follow and implement digital marketing strategies.
• Support in creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction. Keep track of all collaterals; suggest ideas for hotel collaterals and check on implementation process.
• Maintain and ensure that the hotel homepage, official social media platforms’ information is accurate and updated promptly.
• Real-time monitoring of guest comments on various network platforms and replying promptly.
• Manage communications spending and work with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.
• Assist in implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and communication.
• Assists with internal photoshoot or any events which required.
• Coordinate and implement communication plans for hotel activities and promotions (sales, catering, etc.) with all operating departments of the hotel.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Media or related field.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as a Marcom Executive.
• Fluent in spoken and written Vietnamese and English to meet business needs.
• Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office software.
• Organized, detail-oriented and good administrative skill.
• Strong time management skills and able to complete multiple tasks.
• Able to be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility.
