• Plan sales promotion & set sales goals
• Maximize the occupancy and average daily rate of the hotel.
• Maximize the travel trade and OTA market shares and revenue
• Collaborate with the business counterpart to executive price strategy
• Web loading and manage the price offering on hotel website & OTA
• Monitor closedly to competitors’ price action and react to the change accordingly
• Develop and maintain the relationship with hotel account managers
• Analyze market trend and competitors to identify new market and business opportunities to increase sales.
• Be proactive to involve to contract and pricing negotiation with DOSM/CEO to provide the most effective offers to clients to maximize the revenue and financial need of the hotel.
• Collaborate with Marketing Team and E-commerce Sales to develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media channels.
• Maximize the room revenue and apply room selling strategies in conjunction with sales and reservation team.
• Be representative of the hotel in various events and exhibitions.
• Support operation in hotel service, relationship strategy to drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
• Prepare sales forecast, budget and sales analysis
• Be a part of building a great team work within Sales team and other departments.
• Other related tasks as required.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University Degree/ Upgrade or Master in Marketing will be an advantage
• 2 years in the company in similar position in large hotels.
• Fluent English
