• receive daily order from AGM shops
• prepare and send order to all department concerned
• check and control the quality of all products before delivery to shops
• work with delivery team to make sure all products be sent on time to shops
• control damaged products, testing products
• make report for sale and damaged products

• Proven operation experience
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Good teamwork and team spirit
• English communication is average
