1. To constantly check filing/tracing system and advise on improvement.
2. To disseminate hotel information (by mail) to regional sales offices and other Banyan Tree hotels and outside guests as needed.
3. To handle routine correspondences, i.e., letters/fax/printing daily reports/typing welcome cards/inquires, for DOSM/ Sales and Marcom manager.
4. Responsible for related duties and special projects as assigned by DOSM/ Sales and Marcom manager.
5. Establish and maintain effective employee relations through prompt response and helpful attitude.
6. To develop and maintain a close working relationship with the staff at all levels within the Sales & Marketing Division.
7. To remind colleagues to conduct jobs with concern for the environment and resources by reducing the use of items and recycling whenever appropriate.
