MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and ensure labor contract renewal process for all associates to be done in a timely basis.
- Reviewing and preparing all the salary and other HR-related documents before submission to the head of human resources
- Coordinate with Human Resources Manager on the expatriates’ issues including labor contract, work permit application, monthly attendance, annual leave balance and other benefit programs.
- Maintain an efficient trace system.
- Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
- Perform routine data audits and ensures employee data are up-to-date and accurate
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information
- Carry out any additional duties as requested by the Human Resources Director or Hotel Management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Good command both in English and Vietnamese
- Minimum of 2 year-experience in a Human Resources management role either as a generalist, or in a specific role such as C&B, in the hotel industry preferred
- Conducting duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained
