• Welcome all guests in a polite and friendly manner;
• Thank and invite guests to return;
• Be knowledgeable on all facts of the hotel products, including room types, room rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa in order;
• Monitor daily arrivals and departures for ensuring all requests are carried out wherever possible and all realistic expectations are met;
• Take personal responsibility for the service and attitude with which our guest service is being delivered, and ensure it meets the hotel standard at all times;
• Take personal responsibility for ensuring all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that follow up is completed on a timely basis;
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor in Hotel Management or related fields;
• Good inter-personality skills, outgoing, and friendly;
• Customer-oriented;
• Good in Japanese communication skill and computer literate.
