- Ensure safe and easy travel for the customers/ guests to their destinations or to the hotel
- Update detailed and up to date knowledge of all hotel services and functions at all times
- Report to the Chief Concierge/FOM in case of maintenance or repair need
- Forward all guest complaints or problems to the Chief Concierge
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 2 years experience at the same position in Luxury or Upscale hotel
- Fluent in English communication
- Leadership skills
