• Screening applications and conducting 1st interviews to filter potential applicants to send to next stage.
• Completing paperwork for new hires.
• Managing internship programs.
• Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
• Providing recruitment reports to managers.
• Conducting activities for employer branding.
• Other relevant assignments by superior.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, hospitality or related field.
- • Great understanding of employment legislation and labor laws.
- • Proficient in MS Office
- • Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
- • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- • Good internet user and social media player.
- • Good communication and negotiation skills.
