Mô Tả Công Việc
- Conduct recruitment activities (mass & HODs)
- Responsible for interview and selection
- Assist in building and developing candidate database, functional tools
- Conduct promotion and advertisement activities to ensure that all recruitment requests are handled on time
- Work with consultant/ headhunt services firm to post job or search right people
- Suggest for improvement of recruiting procedures.
Employer Branding
- Promote company brand through social network channels: Linkedin, Fanpage, Facebook.....
- Utilize and promote internal events as a part for employer branding
- Assist in building relationship with Universities/ Organizations, join career events, organize workshops
On-boarding and admin tasks
- Do paper workds and other tasks for new employees
- Guide new employees to do orientation and company tour
Other tasks are assigned by direct Recruitment Manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Good level of English
- Specific knowledge in Recruitment
- 2 years in a similar position in large hotels/ resorts or international companies
