- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Retail market understanding
- 3 years of experience in the food industry and 4 years of experience in FMCG and retail market
- Strong Merchandise Planning and Data analysis skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and Human Resource Management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work under high pressure.
