• Conducting a minimum of 20 physical sales calls per week
• Conduct telesales activity as directed
• Service existing accounts and maximise their business for other services of the Hotel i.e. Banquet Sales, Restaurants, etc.
• Research and Identify major prospects and formulate sales action plan to convert them into clients.
• Meet with entertain supportive and potential clients in order to maintain or develop a mutually beneficial business relationship.
• Maintain regular contact with all clients and report and adverse comments to management for rectification
• Achieving the individual targets set and completes assignment on schedule.
• Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts in the assigned geographic/business market with the objective of exceeding the budgeted room revenue.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- A degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Personable, aggressive and articulate
- Good English communication, both in writing & speaking
- Established relationships with key multinational accounts, commercial house, travel agents and tour operators.
- An in-depth understanding of distribution and yield management.
