Mô Tả Công Việc
- Arranging & preparing for meetings:
o Planning & organizing meetings appropriately for Marketing & Business Developments Director when receiving meeting requests from other people.
o Contacting with relevant people to organize meeting as requested by Marketing & Business Development Director.
o Booking meeting rooms accordingly if the meetings to be held at FVH.
o Preparing meeting rooms according to the requirements of the meetings.
o Preparing meeting documents.
- Preparing in and out correspondences as requested by Marketing & Business Development Director, then sending them to relevant people internally or externally by email, by post or by hand delivery.
- Arranging & preparing for business trips:
o Arranging meetings if requested
o Booking air tickets, accommodations and transportation
o Preparing documents for business trips accordingly
o Preparing business trips itinerary
- Preparing marketing related contracts:
o Contracts are including contract for advertisements, PR, service agreements for resources.
o Coordinating with agencies, vendors and FVH Finance department for payment terms, and Legal Director for legal terms.
- Keeping tracks reports of marketing budget and expenses:
o Coordinating with marketing manager, PR manager/officer, business development manager to gather all expenses to keep tracks again approved marketing budget.
o Preparing monthly report to send to Marketing & Business Development Director, Marketing Manager, PR Manager/Officer and Business Development Manager.
- Applying for the licenses for hospital advertisements and marketing events:
o Hospital advertisements include TVC, print ads, PR articles. Marketing events include press conferences, public seminars, doctor symposiums.
o Relevant authorities include Ministry of Health, Department of Health of Ho Chi Minh City, Ministry of Communication & Information, Department of Communication & Information of Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City’s People’s Committee.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Qualification: University graduated in Economy, Marketing, Business Administrative. Have knowledge in healthcare industry is a plus.
2. Experience:
- At least 3 years experience at the same position
- Female from 25 – 32 is preferable
3. Skills and knowledge:
- Advance English: fluent in speaking, reading and writing
- Advance computer skill: Microsoft office
- Organizational and prioritization skill
- Excellent interpersonal skill: listening, understanding and communication
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, initiative
- Flexible and adjustable to different situations
- Strong working attitude
- Responsible, willing to learn and desire to contribute and collaborate
- Proactive, independent and high team-work spiritual
- Hard working, result-oriented, pressure handling skill
4. Foreign language(s): Vietnamese nationality is preferable. Advance English: fluent in speaking, reading and writing.
