- Ensures working knowledge of all hotel public areas.
- Meets with supervisor and takes on daily assigned tasks
- Ensures cleaning schedules are completed in a routine and timely manner.
- Responds to emergencies effectively and efficiently.
- Liaises with Housekeeping Supervisor in relation to chemical usage, problems or rectification suggestions.
- Operates equipment safety and sensibly.
- Completes tasks as directed by Management.
- Maintains stock levels.
- Recycles where possible.
- Works in line with business requirements.
- Reports and submits lost and found articles to supervisor immediately.
- Anticipates guest needs, handle guest enquires, and solve problems.
- Reports guest complaints to supervisor immediately.
- Reports unusual behavior/activities on floors to supervisor.
- Maintains Hotel information to be able to provide information to guests.
- Assists guests and escort them to locations within the hotel at their requests.
- Adheres to personal grooming and hygiene standards.
- Attends meetings and training sessions as required.
- Creates and maintains floral arrangements.
- Creates a positive hotel image in every interaction with internal and external customers.
- Actively participates in organized meetings.
- Performs other task assigned based on the hotel needs or requirements
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Job knowledge/ skill:
- Polite, courteous and helpful.
- Able to priorities requests effectively.
- Must be organized and structured.
Education: Graduate at least from high school (housekeeping certificate is preferred)
Experience: Experience in housekeeping department in 1 year at the same position is preferred.
