Prepares proposals and contracts that are geared to maximize profit while satisfying client needs
Uses outside sales calls, prospecting, hotels tours and hosting of clients to solicit new business
Contacts in-use customers to retain and grow existing business, repeat bookings or referrals to other hotels in Group
Reviews individual and team goals on a weekly basis; recommends and takes appropriate actions to achieve objectives in key result areas
Report to DOS / ADOS any complaints, comments or suggestions received from guests or the general public that may improve hotel services and products.
Conduct market surveys and gather marketing intelligence on competitors to pass on to DOS/ADOS so that he/she is kept well informed of market developments.
Participate in trade shows and sales promotions assigned by DOS/ADOS.
Travel to source markets to solicit business and establish and/or develop relationships with key customers and accounts.
Maintain positive relationships with commercial accounts, and other sources of business for the Group.
Attend meetings as required / directed by the Director and/or Assistant Director of Sales
Prepares reports as necessary to improve management decision making and critical evaluation of work activities
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduate in Hospitality, Business Management or relevant major.
- Minimum 3 years hotel sales experience
- Good computer skills
- Sense of confidence to achieve results in the negotiation process.
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English communication
- Be able to travel for business.
