Responsibilities:
• Prepare and keep track of sales and marketing contracts
• Support Sales team to prepare proposals, tenders, contracts…
• Manage inventory of sales brochures, catalogue, merchandise...
• Prepare presentation slides for internal meeting
• Translate all documents as request
• Other tasks from supervisor

Requirements:
• Fluent in English (4 skills)
• Having time management skill, Microsoft Office skill, Teamwork and Organizational skills
• Having 1-2-year experience in Sales admin role and tender preparation is a plus
• Able to handle multiple tasks
• Good at designing is a plus
• Having IT background is a plus
