- 2+ years of experience as a Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of kitchen staff
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Ability to create and execute innovative menus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English is a plus
