Job Description:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients.
- Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, budget and for any potential risks.
- Lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to the project plan and timelines.
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing progress updates and addressing concerns.
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment between project outcomes and stakeholder requirements.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years overall work experience
- Japanese Level at least N2.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Experienced with both strategic and operational management.
