2. To handle group reservations.
3. To update reservations in the PMS received via the interface.
4. To adhere to all reservation standards.
5. To understand and be able to answer all questions about rates, room categories and seasonality.
6. To sell rates according to availability and yield strategy.
7. To maintain and develop guest contact.
8. Handling all reservation documents and correspondence correctly and conscientiously.
9. Applying company credit policy.
10. To pass on sales leads to Sales managers.
11. Pro-actively try to cross-sell (F&B, Spa, etc.) and up-sell room types.
12. Efficient and complete communication with all other departments, especially front desk, accounting and sales.
13. Complete knowledge of the property management system.
14. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet and e-mails.
15. To participate in team or department meetings.
16. To cooperate with and assist team members.
17. Participating in all trainings as required.
18. To be able to clearly communicate information to guests or colleagues.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Hotel management specialty or tourism specialty
LANGUAGE: Good English, written & spoken.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Computer Skills, Micros/Fidelio or Opera PMS, Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet and e-mails.
