Lịch sử thành lập

• 2009: Công ty chuyển trụ sở làm việc và nhà máy sang địa chỉ xã Tân Quang, huyện Văn Lâm, tỉnh Hưng Yên và đổi tên như hiện nay
• 2004: Công ty TNHH Vải Thygesen Việt Nam (tiền thân của Công ty TNHH Dệt May Thygesen Việt Nam) được thành lập
• 1931: Tập đoàn dệt may Thygesen (Thygesen Textile Group) được thành lập và có trụ sở tại thành phố Ikast, Đan Mạch
