Nghi Son 2 Power Limited Liability Company (NS2PC) is owned by three shareholders of Marubeni Corporation, Korea Electric Power Corporation and Tohoku Electric Power Co., Inc incorporated under the Law on Enterprise of Vietnam. The principal activities of the Company are to implement the works related to preparation for investment, development, construction and owning of the Nghi Son 2 Thermal Power Plant in Thanh Hoa province under the Building – Operation - Transfer (BOT) model. The total investment capital of the Project is estimated to be USD 2.5billion. After the completion of the construction, the Sponsors shall operate Nghi Son 2 Thermal Power Plant for 25 years before transferring the same to Vietnamese Government. The Company’s head office is NS2PC Site office, Ha Bac hamlet, Nghi Son Economic Zone Management Building, Hai Ha commune, Tinh Gia district, Thanh Hoa province, Vietnam and its representative office is located at 11th floor, Hanoi Lake View Building, 28 Thanh Nien street, Tay Ho district, Hanoi, Vietnam.
