Assist the management of vacation rental of properties in London and Lisbon.
Your responsibilities may include the following:
MANAGE BOOKINGS ADMIN
- Enter/check reservation data in database system (to invoice client and pay staff)
- Confirm with guests about checkin/checkout times, number of beds
- Organise housekeeping based on the guest info above
- Update staff cost for staff payment
- Update client payables for client invoice
ORDER LINEN & SUPPLY
- Send weekly linen order, confirm delivery & stock check
- Order supplies as necessary (e.g. toiletries)
MANAGE GUEST PAYMENT
- Create and send security deposit invoice to guests reserved on Booking
- Follow up invoice payment before checkin
- Confirm property check after checkout and return deposit invoice
MANAGE PRICING
- Refresh / update prices on all listings every day based on occupancy levels
MARKETING
- Promoting vacation properties with Facebook ads, social media posts, public group posts, engagements
- Improve properties listings ranking on OTAs
