Chịu trách nhiệm định hướng, giám sát, điều phối và phát triển các dự án, sản phẩm hoặc dịch vụ AI trong ngân hàng.Nhiệm vụ chính:1. Tham gia xây dựng và triển khai định hướng cho các dự án AI2. Lập kế hoạch chi tiết và quản lý các dự án phát triển và ứng dụng AI.3. Giám sát và hỗ trợ đội ngũ phát triển trong việc phát triển và triển khai các giải pháp AI, đảm bảo chất lượng và hiệu suất cao nhất.4. Làm việc chặt chẽ với các phòng ban liên quan tại Trung tâm AI (LLM, NLP, Computer Vision, Chatbot, R&D.v.v. và các đơn vị khác) để đảm bảo sự phối hợp nhịp nhàng và tối ưu hóa nguồn lực.5. Cập nhật và nghiên cứu các công nghệ AI mới nhất, áp dụng vào các dự án thực tế.6. Đảm bảo chất lượng và hiệu suất cho các dự án AI, thực hiện kiểm tra và đánh giá định kỳ.7. Xác định và đánh giá các rủi ro trong quá trình triển khai dự án.8. Tham gia tuyển dụng nhân tài, huấn luyện và phát triển đội ngũ

I. Mục tiêu công việc- Phân tích và thẩm định hiệu quả tài chính của các dự án bất động sản,xây dựng mô hình đầu tư, đánh giá rủi ro và tiềm năng sinh lời, hỗ trợ Ban lãnh đạo ra quyết định đầu tư, tái cấu trúc hoặc thoái vốn.II. Nhiệm vụ:1. Phân tích đầu tư và thẩm định dự án • Nghiên cứu, thu thập và phân tích các thông tin liên quan đến dự án bất động sản: chi phí đầu tư, dòng tiền, pháp lý, quy hoạch, quy mô, tiến độ… • Lập FS dự án, báo cáo tiền khả thi và báo cáo khả thi cho các dự án • Thực hiện các phân tích tài chính chuyên sâu: IRR, NPV, thời gian hoàn vốn, ROE, ROA, sensitivity analysis... • Xây dựng mô hình tài chính chi tiết cho từng dự án (financial modeling). • Đánh giá khả năng sinh lời và rủi ro tài chính, pháp lý, thị trường của từng phương án đầu tư. • Soạn thảo báo cáo thẩm định và đề xuất phương án đầu tư cho Ban Lãnh đạo.2. Phân tích thị trường và định hướng đầu tư • Nghiên cứu thị trường bất động sản (đất nền, căn hộ, thương mại, văn phòng, nghỉ dưỡng...) để xác định cơ hội đầu tư tiềm năng. • Phân tích đối thủ cạnh tranh, xu hướng thị trường, giá cả, nhu cầu, nguồn cung... • Tham gia xây dựng chiến lược đầu tư và phát triển danh mục đầu tư bất động sản của công ty.3. Hỗ trợ triển khai và theo dõi dự án đầu tư • Phối hợp với các phòng/ban liên quan để triển khai các thủ tục đầu tư: pháp lý, tài chính, kế hoạch vốn. • Theo dõi tiến độ triển khai và hiệu quả thực tế của các dự án đang đầu tư. • Cập nhật và điều chỉnh mô hình tài chính theo diễn biến thực tế.4. Hỗ trợ các hoạt động huy động vốn và M&A • Tham gia chuẩn bị hồ sơ gọi vốn, hồ sơ đầu tư, làm việc với đối tác tài chính, ngân hàng, nhà đầu tư. • Phân tích, định giá tài sản và hỗ trợ các thương vụ M&A (mua bán – sáp nhập) bất động sản.Chú ý: Bản mô tả này không nêu được hết toàn bộ công việc chi tiết của vị trí trên mà chỉ đề cập đến những nhiệm vụ chủ yếu. Monthly Closing (MFC/COGS) and Improvement:- Handle the monthly closing process for Manufacturing Cost (MFC) and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), ensuring timely and accurate reporting.- Review and analyze variances, identify root causes, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.2. Monthly and quarterly reporting:Prepare and present monthly reports, including:- MFC & Material Analysis: Analyze manufacturing costs, identify trends, and track cost drivers and ensuring proper management of inventory and stock levels.- VAS Ending Balance reconcilation: Prepare and review the ending balances of inventory to ensure accurately.- MFG Package report: Provide a comprehensive manufacturing cost package for review, highlighting significant changes or variances.- Business Report: Prepare a detailed business report analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and cost-related metrics.
