Nhập dữ liệu hàng ngày vào phần mềm Misa , Skyhup các hồ sơ chứng từ hóa đơn đã được phê duyệt3. Tính giá thành sản xuất , giá bán (khi có yêu cầu) 4. Tổng hợp lập báo cáo chi tiết về công nợ phải thu, phải trả của từng khách hàng và nhà cung cấp, thời hạn thanh toán, các khoản công nợ quá hạn -> Đôn đốc, nhắc nhở thu hồi công nợ đến hạn, quá hạn5. Theo dõi hàng tồn kho , kiểm soát số lượng giữa thực tế và sổ sách, tìm hiểu và giải quyết khi có chênh lệch kho (có thể phối hợp với bộ phận kho) 6. Thực hiện các công việc liên quan ngân hàng như bảo lãnh thầu , nộp tiền, rút tiền , UNC, thanh toán công nợ nước ngoài, nộp thuế, làm hồ sơ vay ngân hàng …..
