Document integration processes, issue resolutions, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Participate in change management processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations during deployment. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members in SAP CPI support and troubleshooting.

RESPONSIBILITIES1.
