Job Purpose:The Junior Finance Controller supports financial control activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This role focuses on data analysis, process improvement, and providing insights to enhance business performance. Additionally, this role acts as a finance partner to the Marketing team, responsible for budget control, investment analysis, decision-making support, and ensuring transparency and accuracy in all marketing-related financial activities.Key Responsibilities:• Manage and monitor the Marketing (A&P) budget, ensuring spending is aligned with plans and delivers optimal efficiency• Analyze variances between actuals and budget/forecast, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance• Collaborate with cross-function teams to build and update actual and monthly rolling forecasts• Monitor cost control and support variance analysis• Support financial analysis requests and reporting from Group and cross-functional departments• Ensure accurate accounting treatment and proper accruals during month-end closing• Evaluate the financial effectiveness of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and innovation/renovation projects.• Prepare brand/SKU-level P&L reports and analyze profitability by product/channel.• Prepare all assigned reports related to A&P spending and performance• Perform ad-hoc financial tasks and reporting as required• Ensure compliance with internal financial processes and Danone’s global policies.

- In this position you lead a software project team in the domain of Real-Time core and Application core-based software for Automotive Chiplet Systems (ACS)- Influence international stakeholders, difference domains, difference partners to achieve project goals- Taking the responsibility for achieving the project targets and KPIs (on time, on spec, on budget, customer satisfaction).- Agreement on project targets with program- and project management, internal difference sub-project teams, external partners (Tier 2 suppliers) and customers (OEMs) and regular reporting of project status- Supporting customer acquisitions by preparing customer-specific presentation related software domain in strong cooperation with project, product management and sales (POC)- Supporting on setup development process for Tier 2 for ensuring project success business by+ applying project management tools like quality management, change management, risk management, configuration management as well as+ defining software development processes + setting up PMT for establishing an efficient software development (CD/CI, …)+ defining an interface adapting customer-specific to ACS project tool chain- Furthermore, you will collaborate with both technical and business experts to+ define work products for the development team and aligning these with OEM and Automotive Chiplet System (ACS) platform requirements.+ support customer demonstration+ provide technical documentation for the project and ensure its quality according to international standards (e.g. PMI-PMP, VDA, ISO26262, ASPICE, AEC-Q)

Công việc của bạn là tổ chức 1 nhóm Kinh Doanh trên Youtube thực hiện việc:• Xây dựng hệ thống kênh khai thác các sản phẩm của Lê Gia Media nhằm tối ưu hóa doanh thu, và nâng cao vị thế thương hiệu của các sản phẩm trên nền tảng Youtube, Facbook, Tiktok• Nghiên cứu, thử nghiệm, cải tiến các giải pháp tiếp cận khán giả trên Youtube.Nhiệm vụ:1. Đề xuất mục tiêu, kế hoạch hàng tuần, tháng, quý và cùng đội nhóm hoàn thành kế hoạch được giao + Kế hoạch kinh doanh: lượng traffic, doanh thu, số kênh phát triển các thị trường. + Kế hoạch nghiên cứu, thử nghiệm: số cách tiếp cận khách hàng mới, cách tăng đề xuất, cách tăng doanh thu mới.2. Thực hiện công việc chuyên môn + Thu thập, tổng hợp, phân tích và đánh giá các thông tin về thị trường (khách hàng mục tiêu, đối thủ cạnh tranh, xu hướng sản phẩm…) + Xây dựng và quản trị kênh Youtube.3. Tham gia quản lý, đào tạo đội nhóm từ 3 - 8 nhân sự.4. Tham vấn và cùng BGĐ quản trị doanh nghiệp

Job PurposeThis Business Development Manager role in FMS Vietnam is to develop assigned territory in Vietnam.The position of Business Development Manager is responsible to develop and maintain existing accounts and secure new customers through effective propositions, ethical sales methods and relevant communication to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.2. Key Accountabilities• Maintain & increase volumes and revenues as the Sales Target and Bonus Agreement, with a primary focus on the China market.• Supporting and developing customer base, especially customers and partners related to China trade lanes.• Preparing and implementing marketing- & sales-approaches.• Representing our company to external customers.• Being face to face with our customers.• Maintaining a good image of the company and good relationships with customers and vendors incl. problem solving.• Close cooperation with our pricing & procurement, particularly for China-focused business.• Develop and maintain customer portfolio and facilitate business growth.• Initiate, develop and source for new business / potential clients.• Execute strategic sales plan incl. trade and route development.• Ensure all customer visits, opportunities and any other relevant customer information are updated with the requirements and expectations on the Company’s CRM.• Creation of visit reports and documentation in the CRM system.• Reporting line to the Head of Sales in FMS Vietnam.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements and user stories. Create and maintain BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), and other documentation such as Use Cases, User Flows, Wireframes, and Acceptance Criteria. Act as the main communication bridge between client, business users, and the technical team (Developers, QAs, Designers). Support testing activities and validate deliverables against requirements. Document workflows, processes, and system features. Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help users verify that business needs are fulfilled. Support the Product Owner or Project Manager in defining scope, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
