Thực hiện phát triển sản phẩm, dịch vụ trên nền tảng ứng dụng số hóa dịch vụ Ngân hàng số cho KHCN/KHDN, hệ sinh tháiPhối hợp xây dựng cấc tiêu chuẩn công nghệ, tích hợp, kiến trúc theo định hướng chiến lược của ngân hàng.Quản lý và vận hành Hệ thống Omnichannel dựa trên nền tảng Java Spring, ActiveMQ, Microservices, Oracle DB,..Xây dựng Quy trình CI/CD đảm bảo việc nâng cấp (rollback) và phát triển hệ thống liên tục theo nhu cầu phát triển sản phẩm. Bao gồm các công cụ quản lý source code, build container/docker, deploy, quản lý cấu hình (ArgoCD),..Triển khai các sản phẩm phần mềm lên Google Cloud Platform sử dụng Google K8s Engine/GKE, GVMs, Google Anthos,  Redis Cache …Ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng có kinh nghiệm hoặc có thể tham gia phát triển hệ thống microservices dựa trên Java springboot.Áp dụng các biện pháp bảo mật nhằm phòng chống rủi ro an ninh mạng.Đảm bảo tính sẵn sàng và ổn định của hệ thống phụ trách.

1. Tiếp nhận & xử lý yêu cầu khách hàng Tiếp nhận, giải đáp thắc mắc, tư vấn thông tin sản phẩm ngành hàng Mẹ & Bé qua điện thoại, email, fanpage hoặc các kênh trực tuyến khác. Cung cấp thông tin chính xác về giá, chương trình khuyến mãi, chính sách giao hàng, đổi trả, bảo hành. Ghi nhận và theo dõi các yêu cầu đặc biệt của khách hàng (đặt trước, giao gấp, combo sản phẩm…). 2. Quản lý & xử lý đơn hàng Tiếp nhận, nhập và theo dõi đơn hàng từ các kênh bán hàng offline (đại lý, cửa hàng) và online (website, sàn TMĐT, fanpage). Kiểm tra tình trạng tồn kho, phối hợp bộ phận kho và kế toán để đảm bảo tiến độ giao hàng đúng cam kết. Cập nhật trạng thái đơn hàng trên hệ thống; xử lý các trường hợp đổi/trả/hủy đơn. 3. Ghi nhận & phản hồi thông tin thị trường Tổng hợp phản hồi của khách hàng về sản phẩm, dịch vụ, chính sách bán hàng. Báo cáo kịp thời cho bộ phận quản lý về các xu hướng, vấn đề hoặc khiếu nại lặp lại từ thị trường. Góp phần cải thiện quy trình dịch vụ khách hàng và đề xuất giải pháp nâng cao trải nghiệm mua hàng. 4. Phối hợp nội bộ Là đầu mối trao đổi giữa khách hàng với các phòng ban: Kinh doanh, Kho, Kế toán, Marketing. Hỗ trợ triển khai chương trình chăm sóc khách hàng, khuyến mãi và hậu mãi theo kế hoạch chung. 5. Báo cáo hàng ngày/tuần: Số lượng đơn hàng, tỷ lệ đơn xử lý đúng hạn, phản hồi khách hàng. 6. Các chức năng/nhiệm vụ khác Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của cấp quản lý

Rà soát các lỗ hổng nghiệp vụ ngân hàng, bảo mật tất cả hệ thống công nghệ thông tin của bank (lỗ hổng bên trong liên quan đến giao dịch tài chính, tiền tệ…): Cập nhật và rà soát các lỗi bảo mật được công bố (CVE) có khả năng gây ảnh hưởng trong hệ thống công nghệ thông tin Kiểm tra các lỗ hổng bảo mật, đánh giá các phiên bản phần mềm hệ thống trước khi đưa vào sử dụng toàn hàng. Thực hiện việc A23 kiểm tra và dò quét các mã độc trên các thiết bị mới trước khi đưa vào hệ thống công nghệ thông tin. Sử dụng các kỹ thuật khai thác lỗ hổng để kiểm thử hệ thống. Giám sát các hoạt động trên thiết bị tường lửa, rà soát nhật ký hoạt động, khảo sát, điều tra khi có sự cố, kiểm tra sử dụng các tài khoản đặc quyền. Xây dựng các tài liệu liên quan đến việc tìm lỗi và lỗi bảo mật hệ thống công nghệ thông tin. 2. Kiểm soát quá trình cấp phát, thay đổi, xóa phân quyền truy cập: Kiểm soát quá trình cấp phát, thay đổi, xóa phân quyền truy cập ứng dụng theo chức danh, vị trí công tác. 3.
