A. Phát triển sản phẩm mới1. Lập kế hoạch và triển khai toàn bộ dự án Nghiên cứu & Phát triển sản phẩm từ khởi tạo ý tưởng đến khi chuyển giao sản xuất.2. Đề xuất ý tưởng sản phẩm mới; phối hợp với Phòng Kinh doanh, Marketing khảo sát thị trường/khách hàng; tiếp nhận và xử lý yêu cầu phát triển sản phẩm mới từ các phòng ban.3. Xây dựng công thức, thiết lập đặc tính kỹ thuật nguyên liệu, bán thành phẩm/thành phẩm, chỉ tiêu hóa lý và quy trình công nghệ sản xuất.5. Tính giá thành bán thành phẩm và thành phẩm cho sản phẩm mới hoặc sản phẩm cải tiến.6. Hoàn thiện quy trình sản xuất, xác định yêu cầu máy móc thiết bị; phối hợp với các bộ phận (Marketing, Sản xuất, Kỹ thuật, Mua hàng) lập kế hoạch chạy thử và triển khai sản phẩm mới.7. PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION: Spartronics Viet Nam is seeking a Quality Engineer for PCBA and Box-build, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality control measures and procedures to ensure the reliability and performance of our electronic components and assemblies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes and products. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching junior quality engineers to support their professional growth and development.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Follow up the daily production process and represent customers to ensure product quality- Monitor and analyze First Pass Yield (FPY), trends, top defects, pareto daily to take timely actions- Use systems to record product history, track and collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective action as well as correct due date- Monitor Process Indicators cases- Release Process Instruction (PI)/ Visual Aids- Perform New Product Introduction (NPI) and create to submit First Article Inspection (FAI)- Perform Material Review Board (MRB) on sustained/ mass production products- Perform Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process while received feedback from customers- Monitor and control activities might include in-process / final inspections/ customer feedback- Responsible for investigating and releasing 8D reports for customer feedback and internal issues- Handle Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Process Control Plan (PCP), Certificate of Compliance (CoC), Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)- Review risk/ impact assessment to define the disposition of process non-conformance to control- Assure quality of process, maintain process conformance, and assure actual practices and process requirements are aligned- Support and focus corrective action efforts and utilizing the SPC data, control chart and corrective action tracking package and create and implement any meetings, procedures, or team-building concepts as necessary as part of the corrective/preventative effort- Follow customer acceptance, field failure, Defects Per Million (DPM) to have improvement solution- Build, maintain and improve the documentation system of the quality department- Work with internal audit and external audit teams such as customers, ISO organizations, NADCAP, etc- Working closely with customers, driving quality meetings with foreign customers, directly receiving complaints, expansion requests, periodic quality reports and quality improvement suggestions to customers- Lead program of continuous improvement, lean 6 sigma, DMAIC, etc- Responsible for the main training for the team on the standards of quality and workmanship

Summary of responsibilitiesThis position will provide knowledge and agricultural technologies to corn farmers to enhance the performance of their corn production. PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:Be responsible for leading and overseeing the development, optimization, and improvement of complex manufacturing processes within the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry. Play a critical role in driving process excellence, innovation, and efficiency to meet customer requirements and organizational goals.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:1. Work Location: Hanoi (North of Vietnam)Main Responsibilities- Manages the end-to-end processes for international transactions, including logistics, documentation, and communication with global stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services- Prepare all trade related documentation and working with such as purchase & sale contract, delivery notice, shipping document, delivery order and goods receipt notes, etc- Handle LC opening, amendments and payments of buyers – grains & oilseeds- Manage execution of LDC imports (dealing with clearing agents, vessel agents, surveyors) in North Vietnam- Manage warehousing and logistics of LDC in North Vietnam- Liaison with regional treasury and accounting for customer payments, invoicing, issuance of delivery orders etc.- To maintain a systematic process report where status of progress (ie executed/ in process/ pending matters) is effected in timely fashion until completion of contract.- To handling in-house system update, record, report and input- Liaising with other departments to maintain internal system up-to-date- To handling logistics contracts, preparing docs for customs declaration, DO, payment request and local delivery document- Checking the actual monthly costing and record- To follow-up with buyers on return of signed contracts/amendments (if any) within reasonable timeframe.- To follow-up/push buyers for collection schedule.- To liaise with ports custom/shipping agents/logistics companies ensuring vessels discharging operations is smooth and efficient.- To liaise with transportation, fumigation, surveyor vendor to ensure a smoothly local delivery- Liaising with warehouse operators for storage of cargo and in co-ordination with SGP-exec for all storage/warehouse agreement is in place.- Monitoring inventory movements and ensuring payment received prior release of cargo to customers.- To closely follow-on with buyers/customers on any outstanding payments.- Provide high value support to the business, anticipate risk, risk mitigation and provide solution to the business

Công ty Cổ phần SEADENT với hơn 14 năm tiên phong trong lĩnh vực cung cấp thiết bị và giải pháp nha khoa hiện đại, chúng tôi tự hào đang là đối tác tin cậy của nhiều Phòng khám và Bệnh viện Nha khoa trên toàn quốc.Trên hành trình góp phần nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ chăm sóc sức khỏe răng miệng cho Khách hàng, chúng tôi cần tìm kiếm đội ngũ Kỹ thuật cùng đồng hành và phát triển với các vai trò sau:I - Công việc chính - Lắp đặt - chuyển giao công nghệ - hướng dẫn sử dụng sản phẩm/thiết bị cho khách hàng.- Chăm sóc sau lắp đặt: bảo trì, bảo hành, xử lý sự cố.- Tư vấn kỹ thuật cho khách hàng và đội ngũ kinh doanh khi có nhu cầu.- Cập nhật kiến thức sản phẩm, nắm rõ ưu - nhược điểm sản phẩm để đề xuất ca- Thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ trên hệ thống.- Thời gian làm việc: Từ Thứ 2 đến sáng Thứ 7II - Quyền lợi: - Thu nhập = Lương theo cấp bậc tuyển dụng (range lương 11 - 16 triệu) + phụ cấp lắp đặt/bảo trì(Với cấp Thực tập sinh/Học việc/Mới ra trường chưa kinh nghiệm cần đào tạo sâu sẽ thỏa thuận theo khả năng và có thể ngoài range lương)- Review lương, thưởng: dựa vào hiệu suất làm việc (KPIs) đánh giá sau 6 tháng và cuối năm.- Chế độ: BHXH, ngày phép theo Luật, phúc lợi Hiếu-Hỉ từ Công đoàn, Bảo hiểm sức khỏe & tai nạn Bảo Việt, Du lịch, team building hàng năm, các hoạt động gắn kết nội bộ.- Được tham gia các lớp đào tạo kỹ năng nội bộ, các lớp đào tạo chuyên môn từ chuyên gia của Hãng, cơ hội tham gia các workshop và hội nghị lớn trong Ngành;- Khả năng tiếng Anh tốt còn có cơ hội tham gia training của Hãng ở nước ngoài.- Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, năng động, có quy trình và các ứng dụng phục vụ công việc, có mentor/leader đồng hành hướng dẫn và đánh giá KPIs.- Lộ trình thăng tiến rõ ràng.

• Maintenance and repair of machines and robots in the factory• Mechanical design to upgrade and improve current machines in the factory to be more efficient (increase machine speed, reduce energy consumption ...)• Read and understand the current machine program – PLC to improve the program• Design of electrical control systems for automated machines• Installation and electrical connection for new machines – imported from abroad.• Applying AI to optimize repair work and improve machinery.
