Supervise agencies and vendors in preparing campaign materials and key visuals for the Mall. Manage all communication channels and tools, ensuring content quality, consistency of image, and timely customer responses within agreed standards (25%);2. Collaborate with agencies, vendors, tenants, and external partners to oversee event and decoration details. Ensure all marketing campaigns and events are executed smoothly, safely, and effectively, delivering engaging customer experiences. (25%);3. Conduct daily patrols of the shopping center to provide timely customer support. Monitor and check all marketing activities, including decorations, events, digital signages, and both online/offline channels, to ensure proper execution and provide prompt support to tenants. (20%);4. Conduct marketing research, analyze reports and customer insights, identify emerging trends and technologies, and recommend innovative ideas. Support strategies to strengthen the Mall’s brand positioning and maximize marketing performance within budget (10%);5. Handle administrative tasks for the marketing team, including preparing requests for approval, processing payments, managing contracts, and registering promotion programs with local authorities (10%);6. Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing reports to track performance and support management decision-making (5%);7. Other tasks as assigned (5%).

To deliver the shift/line objectives by empowering and engage people to develop their capability and ways of working through NCE implementation. Ensure line (shift) production plan is fully achieved on time and in compliance with internal and external requirements meeting safety, quality, cost, delivery and environmental needs (strive towards Manufacturing Excellence). - Ensure the identified development plan and assure the competencies of his/her team (incl. Temporary people) as per the agreed plan with Production Manager (proper training inc. equipment, safety procedures, hygiene). - Coach employees to fulfill and exceed the requirements of the job through NCE approach. - Ensure the timely deployment of People development plan and assure the competencies of his/her team as per the agreed plan with PM (proper training inc. equipment, safety procedures, hygiene). Enforce strict compliance to standard operating procedures (SOPs) by all personnel within the shift. - Manage Production effectively through operational reviews and use Standard Routines (SDCA) to ensure sustainable results. Use of Basic Problem Solving tools and knowledge sharing (OPLs) to drive continuous improvements. - Provides appropriate solutions, actions or corrective actions when deviation found in operations. - Analyses and addresses the equipment breakdown or machines stoppages. Co-ordinates with the the Engineering team to solve the problems. - Optimize the operations, processes and equipment to achieve the best line efficiency and performance, minimize the manufacturing losses. Involve in the design of the lay-out and equipment when necessary. - Strongly involves in continuous improvement and problem solving activities. - Controls the cost of production by managing and controlling the materials usage (Yield and Losses), manpower, machine utilization, M&R activities and etc. - Checks and correctly reports the production outputs, work in processes and materials usage by daily basis. Takes appropriate actions if needed. - Supports other departments (AG, QA, Engineer and etc.) for production related activities such as safety audit, manufacturing trials for new product development, quality audit, energy saving projects, investigate the root cause of consumer complaints and etc, - Ensure constant dialogue with relevant stakeholders (line shift teams, Production Manager, Maintenance, Unions, functional representatives on the line)./p

The Advance Supplier Quality Supervisor will drive the ASQE Engineers to collaborate with New Product Development & Quality Engineering teams to work with suppliers on new component development and qualification, which include CTQ dimension review, inspection method development and PPAP document development…etc. In addition, the candidate will take lead to assess and develop supplier manufacturing process, quality control and inspection capability to ensure they have good understanding and ability to manufacture parts according to TTi drawing specification and quality standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIESLead the ASQE team ( ASQE Engineers ) to :1. Advance work involvement with NPI and QE teams on new component development and qualification (e.g. CTQ dimension review, inspection method development, PPAP document development).2. Analysis và Reporting - Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using script languages. - Perform analysis of datasets to develop metrics, reports and visualizations mostly for performance management. - Use data visualization programs, tools and techniques to generate dashboards, reports and presentations that aid in data storytelling, understanding and interpretation of trends and patterns of business importance to provide meanings to data produce. - Create and maintain statistical models for ongoing and ad hoc review and analysis of data. - Understand data requirements from within and outside of the Data và Analytics Division and analyze needs of the business while assisting senior Data và Analytics Division members to develop the required technical requirements. - Communicate and align with stakeholders on purpose and impact of analytical solutions on business. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of Data và Analytics Division’s know-how. Data Insighting - Lead the identification and interpretation of meaningful and actionable insights from various data sources. - Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy. - Interact with squads within assigned Data và Analytics Division to identify questions and issues for data analysis. - Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques. - Mentor a team of BI analysts to deliver data solutions for a Data và Analytics Division. • Daily travel and work in different factories (Tuyên Quang, Phú Thọ, Hải Dương, Nam Định, Thái Bình, Thanh Hoá, Ninh Bình, Cambodia, etc.)• Perform in-line check, and During Production Inspection (DPI)/ Final Random Inspections (FRI) at various locations/Factories and report to QC supervisor/ Manager.• Work with factory on quality issues on daily production and follow up on improvement action. • Work with 3rd party QC company / customer QC on product confirmation and reliability, packaging, testing compliance.• Draw and seal sample to send out to outside lab test and review and check quality for licensor and sales samples.• Performed twice a month sharp tools control audit for push toy factories. • Identify, anticipate, and manage risks or issues prior to each development milestone, and provide alternate solutions. Report and escalate potential red flags to management, as needed, with clear and defined plans and resolutions.• Ability to document, monitors, and track vendor’s daily, weekly and monthly output.
