Job Purpose The job owns the technical design, selects technology solutions and hands on development to meet actual business needs. Participating in the construction of system architecture, building and ensuring architectural standards in accordance with business or development requirements of the bank and architectural blueprints. 1. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in the manufacturing of power tools. The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality engineering, with a focus on power tools, and a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process, including the identification and elimination of root causes for quality defects.• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues and non-conformities.• Collaborate closely with the product design and engineering teams to establish and refine product specifications and quality requirements.• Develop and maintain quality control procedures, inspection criteria, and test protocols for power tools manufacturing processes.• Mentor and provide guidance to junior quality engineers and production staff regarding best practices in quality management and problem-solving.• Analyze data from production and testing to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.• Manage quality assurance documentation, including reports, certificates, and test results, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.• Ensure that all products meet safety standards and comply with local and international regulatory requirements.• Lead QB phase for project (Localization, Transfer, ….).• Other task assigned by direct management.

• Daily travel and work in different factories (Tuyên Quang, Phú Thọ, Hải Dương, Nam Định, Thái Bình, Thanh Hoá, Ninh Bình, Cambodia, etc.)• Perform in-line check, and During Production Inspection (DPI)/ Final Random Inspections (FRI) at various locations/Factories and report to QC supervisor/ Manager.• Work with factory on quality issues on daily production and follow up on improvement action. • Work with 3rd party QC company / customer QC on product confirmation and reliability, packaging, testing compliance.• Draw and seal sample to send out to outside lab test and review and check quality for licensor and sales samples.• Performed twice a month sharp tools control audit for push toy factories. • Identify, anticipate, and manage risks or issues prior to each development milestone, and provide alternate solutions. Report and escalate potential red flags to management, as needed, with clear and defined plans and resolutions.• Ability to document, monitors, and track vendor’s daily, weekly and monthly output.

Phát triển mô hình AI trong bài toán tìm lỗi sản phẩm:• Thiết kế, xây dựng và huấn luyện các mô hình AI (CNN, YOLO, ResNet, …) để phát triển lỗi trên mạch từ dữ liệu hình ảnh thu thập bởi máy AOI (Automated Optical Inspection).• Tối ưu hóa mô hình để đạt độ chính xác cao, giảm tỷ lệ dương tính giả/âm tính giả.• Xử lý dữ liệu hình ảnh: Tiền xử lý (cắt, cân bằng sáng), tăng cường dữ liệu (data augmentation), phân loại lỗi (đứt mạch, hàn lỗi, lệch linh kiện…).2. GENERAL DESCRIPTION:• This position is responsible for the implementation of the quality control management program to our Jazwares vendors out of China. • The position is responsible for assuring the product quality that can fulfill Jazwares internal quality requirement, and legal global safety standard.• This position is located to stay in our Vietnam Office.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Arrange third party QC inspection by verifying MD rate, pending issues and availability of PP test report and outside lab test.• Handle customer complain by verifying the F/G inventory, problem root cause and CAP with vendors.• Conduct on site audit for QMS; sharp tools control; sample security & mold prevention for new vendor on boarding process.• Coordinate inventory destruction and full check of Costco orders and contractual samples.• Arrange sample drawn and sample verification for outside lab test at 100 pieces of PP lot.• Provide training, assessment and monitoring of SIP program implementation.• Monitor & guide the management for QC team’s inspection performance for DPI / FRI / report.• Follow up customer inspection by assigned 3rd party.

This leader will lead a team in Techtronic Industries Vietnam factory, take charge of In-Process Quality Control, Outgoing Quality Control and Process Quality Support. Work closely with all cross functional teams to drive for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the process of In-Process Quality Control and Outgoing Quality Control, ensure all products meet internal / external quality standards. Support manufacturing process improvement, failure analysis, non-conformance disposition, ensure quick investigation and effective Corrective / Preventive Actions are in place. Set up proper processes for IPQC and OQC including but not limited to prepare check card, sampling plan, process audit, non-conforming product disposition, data collecting system (Critical Features, DPPM, Data Analysis), etc.  Coordinate customer returns or complaints to drive effective preventive actions and verify effectiveness of error avoidance and sustainability. Maintain and optimize IPQC, OQC and PQE management system (SOP, OI / WI) according to ISO9001.  Ensure team staffs are well trained with needed skills to perform required functions. Work closely with cross functional team to meet delivery schedules and production goals, while actively maintaining the expected level of quality
