We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in the manufacturing of power tools. The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. • Daily travel and work in different factories (Tuyên Quang, Phú Thọ, Hải Dương, Nam Định, Thái Bình, Thanh Hoá, Ninh Bình, Cambodia, etc.)• Perform in-line check, and During Production Inspection (DPI)/ Final Random Inspections (FRI) at various locations/Factories and report to QC supervisor/ Manager.• Work with factory on quality issues on daily production and follow up on improvement action. • Work with 3rd party QC company / customer QC on product confirmation and reliability, packaging, testing compliance.• Draw and seal sample to send out to outside lab test and review and check quality for licensor and sales samples.• Performed twice a month sharp tools control audit for push toy factories. • Identify, anticipate, and manage risks or issues prior to each development milestone, and provide alternate solutions. This leader will lead a team in Techtronic Industries Vietnam factory, take charge of In-Process Quality Control, Outgoing Quality Control and Process Quality Support. Work closely with all cross functional teams to drive for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the process of In-Process Quality Control and Outgoing Quality Control, ensure all products meet internal / external quality standards. Support manufacturing process improvement, failure analysis, non-conformance disposition, ensure quick investigation and effective Corrective / Preventive Actions are in place. Set up proper processes for IPQC and OQC including but not limited to prepare check card, sampling plan, process audit, non-conforming product disposition, data collecting system (Critical Features, DPPM, Data Analysis), etc.  Coordinate customer returns or complaints to drive effective preventive actions and verify effectiveness of error avoidance and sustainability. Maintain and optimize IPQC, OQC and PQE management system (SOP, OI / WI) according to ISO9001.  Ensure team staffs are well trained with needed skills to perform required functions. Work closely with cross functional team to meet delivery schedules and production goals, while actively maintaining the expected level of quality
