Job PurposeThe job owns the technical design, selects technology solutions and hands on development to meet actual business needs. Participating in the construction of system architecture, building and ensuring architectural standards in accordance with business or development requirements of the bank and architectural blueprints.Key Accountabilities (1)1. Project implementation and development requirements:- Own and responsible for technical design solutions/functions and development for application systems and integration decisions.- Work with business partners, Enterprise Architect, Integration Architect and other groups to identify technical and functional needs of systems.- Ensure adherence to defined development life cycle, well software design practices and Architectural strategy and intent.- Participate in technology investment projects from the solution research stage, evaluate and propose suitable solutions according to the roadmap, including making scoreboards, evaluating for technical points of suitable solutions according to standards. technology standards; participate in the appropriate implementation plan.- Consulting and proposing comprehensive solutions based on technology principles and standards. - Enforce company policies in areas of development methodology, architecture, security, change and configuration management, compliance.- Manage and monitor changes related to the solution architecture to ensure the integrity, standardization and consistency of the technology system.- Analyze, define and document technical requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment.- Coordinate coding, testing, implementation and documentation of solutions.Key Accountabilities (2)Improvements:- Research new technology trends- Participate in the development/setting of technology standards consistent with Techcombank's development goals such as ensuring integration with existing systems, stability, openness according to various advanced technologies, minimizing operational risks, ensuring for current use and future expansion…etc.- Participating in the development and improvement of architectural and technological design manuals

Job Purpose-The Enterprise Architect leads initiatives using project management best practices and industry architecture frameworks. The Enterprise Architect leads design efforts, defines end-to-end architectures, oversees and performs research studies and presentations that include recommendations, and instructions for proposed implementations; formulating logical descriptions of problems; and recommending optimum solutions.- The job holder building an enterprise architecture management framework (EA): Building an overall architectural framework, technology standards, and design methods for all technology fields. - The job holder ensure overall architectural direction: Control designs in projects, BAUs, ensure architectural direction and technology standards are followedKey Accountabilities1. Building general EA framework:- Build general EA framework to meet Bank's business strategy- Build technology standards, design methods in each period to meet Bank's business strategy- Develop technology directions and plans for key technologies such as Cloud, Customer-centric architecture and Digital.- Define reference enterprise architecture patterns for each key technology to support the organisation wide vision and individual business vertical strategies.2. Ensuring general architecture orientation:- Develop and maintain a group wide enterprise architecture framework (as is and to be) to ensure that the overall digital strategy and vision is maintained consistently and socialised across business verticals on a regular basis.- Provide architectural guidance to multiple agile teams and across product portfolios and collaborate with relevant IT stakeholders to help drive the transition towards the target picture- Assess and/or approve solution architectures to ensure the consistency with architecture standards and strategy- Support teams across business verticals to execute the roadmaps in projects lifecycle while piloting key technologies (until the delivery).- Review architecture in line with plan, assess level of compliance following standardized architecture3. AI Product Prompt Creation & Improvement:- Design and optimize AI conversation flows, ensuring that interactions feel as natural, human-like, and engaging as possible.- Continuously improve the AI’s responses and actions across a variety of situations and scenarios to create a seamless user experience.3. Customer Engagement & Community Building:- Manage customer feedback and engage with the community to understand their needs and improve products.- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new product features, ensuring active user participation and excitement around product updates.- Build loyalty and excitement around celebrity-driven content, particularly through Ronaldinho’s AI companion and other onboard KOLs.4. Marketing & Promotion:- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that introduce new features and encourage users to explore all the capabilities of their AI companions.Help in promoting new product releases across multiple channels, including in-app notifications, social media, and email newsletters

• Lead the team technically in improving scalability, stability and efficiency of our Data platform • Design, build and deploy new libraries and frameworks for our core systems while keeping highest standards of code quality • Cooperate with other engineers and Product owners to identify and build incremental products through Scrum sprint • Understand the following technologies and navigate them properly: Python, Scala, Spark, SQL etc. • Collaborate with the Data Architect team on regular basic to design/review data models, and application architectures • Maintain software clean architecture, clean code, and high quality. • Participate in code reviews, pair programming, mob programming, and coaching other members

Working in Kulim, Malaysia. • Design progressive, transfer, and line dies using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NX, CATIA).• Create 3D models and 2D drawings of stamping dies, tool components, and assemblies.• Analyze part feasibility for stamping processes and provide feedback on manufacturability. (DFM)• Collaborate with product design engineers to ensure tooling accommodates product tolerances and specifications.• Perform strip layout design and process planning to determine the most efficient stamping process.• Specify materials, heat treatments, and surface finishes for tool components.• Conduct design reviews with internal teams and suppliers.• Support tool tryouts, troubleshooting, and validation at tool shops or production sites.• Modify existing tooling designs to improve efficiency or resolve quality issues.• Maintain design documentation and change records in accordance with company standards.

Quản trị và vận hành ứng dụng: - Quản trị và vận hành hệ thống ứng dụng, đảm bảo cam kết về mức độ sẵn sàng của dịch vụ (SLA). - Đầu mối triển khai dự án tích hợp với hệ thống ứng dụng, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho các khách hàng, đối tác khi triển khai tích hợp hệ thống ứng dụng. - Phối hợp với các phòng ban xử lý các sự cố trên cơ sở vận dụng linh hoạt các quy trình, quy định để phân tích, lựa chọn phương án phù hợp.- Nhận bàn giao các tài liệu về mã nguồn, công nghệ, quy trình, hướng dẫn sử dụng, các tài liệu liên quan khác và hệ thống ứng dụng từ các dự án và các phòng ban chức năng để thực hiện công tác quản lý và vận hành. 3.
