In order to support our business, we are looking for a Service Filed Engineer.Position Summary:This position will be responsible for providing Hardware technical support for Vietnam and SEA and reporting to STS Manager of SE Asia/ANZ/JPK.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Deliver service and technical support to end-users via phone, through the use of Salesforce software or via remote PC connection.• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to hardware technical support inquiries, concerns, and requests about products.• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware issues involving connectivity, function and performance of Instruments.• Follow standard processes and procedures to document issues.• Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.• Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations.• Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.• Process and distribute instrument certification documentation in a timely manner.• Train customers in how to operate and maintain the equipment properly, especially related to hardware.• Offer the best annual service packages to the customers according to the company policies.• Other tasks assigned by manager.
