Job Purpose The job owns the technical design, selects technology solutions and hands on development to meet actual business needs. Participating in the construction of system architecture, building and ensuring architectural standards in accordance with business or development requirements of the bank and architectural blueprints. 1. Project implementation and development requirements: • Own and responsible for technical design solutions/functions and development for application systems and integration decisions. • Work with business partners, Enterprise Architect, Integration Architect and other groups to identify technical and functional needs of systems. • Ensure adherence to defined development life cycle, well software design practices and Architectural strategy and intent. • Participate in technology investment projects from the solution research stage, evaluate and propose suitable solutions according to the roadmap, including making scoreboards, evaluating for technical points of suitable solutions according to standards. technology standards; participate in the appropriate implementation plan. • Consulting and proposing comprehensive solutions based on technology principles and standards. • Enforce company policies in areas of development methodology, architecture, security, change and configuration management, compliance. • Manage and monitor changes related to the solution architecture to ensure the integrity, standardization and consistency of the technology system. • Analyze, define and document technical requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment. • Coordinate coding, testing, implementation and documentation of solutions. 2. Improvements: • Research new technology trends • Participate in the development/setting of technology standards consistent with Techcombank's development goals such as ensuring integration with existing systems, stability, openness according to various advanced technologies, minimizing operational risks, ensuring for current use and future expansion…etc. • Participating in the development and improvement of architectural and technological design manuals 3. 1. Phát triển mô hình AI trong bài toán tìm lỗi sản phẩm:• Thiết kế, xây dựng và huấn luyện các mô hình AI (CNN, YOLO, ResNet, …) để phát triển lỗi trên mạch từ dữ liệu hình ảnh thu thập bởi máy AOI (Automated Optical Inspection).• Tối ưu hóa mô hình để đạt độ chính xác cao, giảm tỷ lệ dương tính giả/âm tính giả.• Xử lý dữ liệu hình ảnh: Tiền xử lý (cắt, cân bằng sáng), tăng cường dữ liệu (data augmentation), phân loại lỗi (đứt mạch, hàn lỗi, lệch linh kiện…).2. Tích hợp hệ thống• Kết nối mô hình AI với máy AOI, đảm bảo xử lý hình ảnh thời gian thực.• Triển khai mô hình lên hệ thống edge device hoặc cloud tùy yêu cầu.3. Phân tích và cải tiến.• Đánh giá hiệu suất mô hình bằng các metrics (precision, recall, F1-score).• Nghiên cứu, cải tiến thuật toán để nâng cao tốc độ xử lý và độ chính xác.• Cập nhật xu hướng AI/ML trong lĩnh vực Computer Vision và ứng dụng vào dự án.4. Làm việc nhóm• Phối hợp với đồng nghiệp, khách hàng để xác định tiêu chí lỗi và tối ưu hóa quy trình kiểm tra.• Hỗ trợ đội sản xuất trong việc vận hành và khắc phục sự cố liên quan đến AI.5.
