[HCM] - Front Office Trainer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Assist with Designing and Implementing Training Programs

• Develop and implement effective training programs
• Ensure staff members are equipped with necessary knowledge and skills
• Evaluate and continuously improve training programs
• Create professional and accessible training materials

2) Conduct On-the-Job Training for Front Office Department

• Provide hands-on training and coaching to the front office team
• Focus on both technical skills and soft skills
• Ensure excellent guest service delivery
• Monitor and support knowledge application in practice

3) Train Orientation Classes for Newcomers

• Lead orientation sessions for new employees
• Ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable
• Equip them with necessary skills during two-month probation
• Support integration into the new work environment

4) Travel to New Hotel Locations Across Vietnam

• Support new hotel openings at different locations
• Build and train front office teams from the ground up
• Ensure consistency in service quality
• Transmit brand culture and standards
