IMPORT - EXPORT STAFF

- Executing import/export shipping process including preparing and fulifiling all the shipping documents in appropriatequality which is necessary in the whole procedures, make sure it is in accordance with legislation.

- Planning in/outcoming shipments and ordering with the most suitable transportation to secure smooth shipment flow.

- Working with related Department such as Planning Dept, QC Dept, Warehouse Dept, … to centralize details for specific shipment plan smoothly.

- Directly work with Freight forwarders/Shipping line / Trucking/Service company to ensure loading plan controlled smoothly, limit additional charges and issues.

- Check and approve for customs declaration respecting import/export shipments in line with customs liquidation required.

- Prepare and provide shipping documents matched with customers required and keep customers updated shipping status.

- Execute Customer services such as check & confirm the received PO, update production readiness and vessel schedule to customers if required.

- Handle SAP process & invoicing for import/export shipments.

- Support for tolling process (PO/SO/Tolling documents/IUT between facilities) if required

- Check and give the consultancy related to FTA, Export tax/duties for export shipments to all regions.

- Check and validate export costs to vendors and complete the relative payments

- Manage 3P’s performance to ensure that the agreed service level agreement are met.

- Learn and understand the government’s circular and degrees related to import/export procedures, post clearance inspections.
