- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the hotel’s business plan.
- Lead and manage the hotel sales team.
- Coordinate with Revenue Management to achieve revenue targets.
- Define and monitor sales objectives for all market segments.
- Implement the use of CRM systems (e.g., FOCUS) for sales and group management.
- Supervise pricing strategies for meeting rooms and MICE-related F&B services.
- Represent the hotel at trade fairs and promotional events.
- Build and maintain relationships with key local and international accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare and oversee business plans for pre-opening hotels.
- Plan and coordinate global sales campaigns.
- Organize site inspection schedules and ensure high-quality execution.
- Support digital sales efforts and virtual client engagement.
- Ensure accurate group quotations and contracting.
- Analyze sales performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with segment managers to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in budget planning and financial performance monitoring.
- Manage operational and promotional expenditures for the sales department.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and guest experience initiatives.
- Promote sustainability and safety practices within the sales operations.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University Degree
- Upgrade or Master in Marketing will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Marketing plan and strategy, Social Media Management, Public Relations Management, Event and photo shooting planning
- English - Good level, written & spoken
- 2 years in the same position in hotels of similar category and services
