• Recording all information relating to the quantity of ingredients used, the number of products made and the amount of waste produced.
• Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

• No formal education is required but experience in a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and work diligently.

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
