Job Description:Tokyo Tech Lab Vietnam is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales person with 3+ years of experience in the Software market to join our team. This role is ideal for middle to senior-level professionals who are passionate about technology, sales and eager to expand our business across key international markets, including Singapore, Hong Kong, the US, and Vietnam. If you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, both global & domestic markets, this position offers you the chance to make a significant impact.Key Responsibilities:Business development: Actively seek out and explore new market opportunities global and Vietnam. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in these regions;Customers: Independently source and gather data on potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in companies that need IT services and solutions;Sales strategy: Discuss Sale Strategies, Plans frequently with management and collaborate closely with the leadership team;Pitching, Reporting: Preparing materials, reports and presentations that support Sales activities;Contracts management: Participate in contract negotiations, contract management and fees;Others: Building and Grow Sales team.

Qualifications:Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales Software (outsourcing market);Communication skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Fluent in English is a must as we target clients globally. Other languages are an advantage;Energy and drive: High energy and passion for sales, with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards achieving targets;Market knowledge: Understanding of IT Software industries across different regions, including Southeast Asia, North America, and Vietnam. We are already in the Japanese and Korean markets;Self-Starter: Ability to independently identify and source data on potential clients and manage the sales pipeline effectively;Organizational skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
