- Always demonstrate sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience at Retreat.
- Develop and maintain professional packages, menu.
- Always create and innovate products, to make the guests experience always new.
- Ensure all areas of the Spa are kept clean and well always maintained.
- Comply with all internal regulations of the company as well as general regulations of Vietnamese law regarding Spa operation and management.
- Ensure the guest experience is relaxing and in accordance at the Retreat’s standards.
- Ensure the health and safety of guests and employees are always paramount.
- Ensure proper inventories of all operating Spa equipment are conducted in line with audit standards to effectively manage operational cost according to state regulations to suit the company's business operation conditions in each period.
- Ensure that all Spa members are follows business conduct and ethics.
- Ensure the spa department always complies with Retreat policies and procedures including health, hygiene, first aid and fire prevention.
- Able implement and monitor up-selling strategies to maximize spa operational revenue.
- Create event plan for outside guest not only in house for full retreat session.
- Elevate revenue through distinctive treatments and activities, emphasizing rejuvenation, proactive engagement with guests and the implementation of wellness retreat programs.
- Sable to analyze and interpret the needs of guests and offer appropriate options, solutions.
- Always proactively learn and analyze the products and services of competing Spas to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Responsible for checking and monitoring all payments from customers such as cash, cards....
- Manage Spa inventory effectively and adhere to resort purchasing standards.
- Regularly hold staff meetings, to update all aspects related to Spa operations.
- Responsible for assigning work schedules and arranging work for Spa member.
- Recruit and training for Spa member according to Retreat procedures.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate employee work performance, thereby providing appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the resort's activities are always conducted in the most effective way.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Board of Directors.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery.
- Certification in massage therapy or aesthetics from a recognized school.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory position in a spa or related field.
- Must be able to communicate in English and Vietnamese.
- The ability to speak other languages and a basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and training skills.
- Good communication and customer contact skills.
- Results and service-oriented with an eye for details.
- Ability to multi-task and work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
- A team player & builder.
- A motivator & self-starter.
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
