- Supervise daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Develop and implement beverage menus that appeal to an international clientele, balancing
- classic and contemporary options
- Monitor inventory levels, oversee ordering, and minimize waste.
- Ensure all bar equipment and furniture are maintained in excellent condition.

- Control costs while maximizing revenue through upselling and promotions
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgeting, and forecasts.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Hospitality or similar
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment
- Strong understanding of bar operations, beverage management, and guest service standards
- Proficiency in English
- Financial acumen, with experience in cost control and budgeting.
