1. Job Purpose
 
(*) The Sales Representative is responsible for implementing sales activities, ensuring product visibility, freshness, and display standards in the market
 
(*) This role aims to strengthen brand presence, achieve sales targets, and support distribution growth for fresh fruit products in assigned areas.


2. Key Responsibilities
 
- Visit traditional markets, retailers, and supermarkets according to the route plan.
 - Build and maintain good relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key market vendors.
 - Check stock levels, product freshness, and ensure proper product rotation (FIFO).
- Negotiate orders, collect customer feedback, and report on competitors’ activities.
 - Ensure all products are displayed according to the company’s merchandising standards.
 - Support trade marketing activities, sampling, and promotional programs in the market.
- Report daily sales results, inventory status, and market insights to the supervisor.
 - Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and replenishment.


3. Qualifications & Skills
 
- College or University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in FMCG or fresh fruit/food industry is an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, with high responsibility and flexibility
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
